The Children in Nature Collaborative sponsors forums and events to:
- Build community awareness of the health benefits of spending unstructured time in nature
- Create spaces for community dialogue and engagement
- Provide opportunities for learning and inspiration
- Promote collaboration and support self–organizing projects
